'Lovely hotel with a fantastic aspect. Staff were exceptional and very friendly, Juan was a gem and could speak English. The room was spacious but not a lot of storage so had to live out a suitcase. Airconditioning decided to stop sending out cold air on the second last day. But weather was a little bit cooler only about 32. Swimming pool was lovely to jump into after travelling around. The restaurant had a nice breakfast not huge but nice and the evening meal was very Spanish some lovely dishes...

'Enigszins verouderd hotel in havenstad. Het grote voordeel van dit hotel is de ligging naast het station en op loopafstand van de veerboten. Prima voor mensen op doorreis. Het interieur doet wel verouderd aan. Het is in de stijl van een grand hotel, maar dan zonder allerlei luxe. Veel bruin, maar met wit licht. Leuk voor wie van dit soort retro houdt. Het interieur van de kamers is dan wel weer frisser en er zijn balkons. Naast het hotel is een busstation, maar in de nacht is het daar rustig.'

This was my first time in Algeciras and let me tell you it’s worth visiting. I went to this hotel and I was welcomed with a big smile and open arms, it just made me feel like I was home in way. The receptionist was so sweet and even gave me a map to show me what I could do during my stay in Algeciras.
The rooms were clean, and I just had a wonderful time and would definitely come back to this hotel'

'I'm glad I changed to this hotel last-minute, since it is very close to the airport and the border. I'm pretty sure I had booked a room with "city view", but got a view of the pool, the Gibraltar rock and the Spanish harbour. Even though it was very quiet in the hotel, they still served quite an extensive breakfast. Prices for drinks at the bar are very acceptable. Staff is friendly, rooms are fine. I noticed that about a third of the hotel is disused and totally blocked off, but I think most...

'Wij zijn zeer frequente reizigers, zo'n 35 overnachtingen per jaar en we hebben dus veel hotels "mee gemaakt" maar dit hotel spant de kroon. Het is super goed, geweldig, geweldig goede keuken tegen zeer betaalbare prijzen'
