'My family of twelve (ages ranging from 10-78) spent a wonderful week at this house. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked making packing lighter while the attention to cleanliness and decor made it cozy. There was plenty of seating areas indoors and out. The variety of water vessels and outdoor games available was great and the trampoline was the biggest hit with the kids. Check in was easy and the location was convenient for a lovely ferry ride to Vermont or a day of adventure at Ausable...
