Agriturismos in James Island

'It was everything we had hoped for! We came for a girls trip and all the amenities were perfect! The back yard was exceptional with the kayaks, the hot tub, and the outdoor seating! Sarah was amazing to work with and answered any questions we had! The kitchen was great for cooking dinner to save some money! We went to Sullivans island to go to the beach and the house had everything we needed for a perfect beach day! Would highly recommend!'

'I would highly recommend this host and location if you are considering a trip to Charleston. The host was super accommodating easy to work with and the space was perfect for my friend and I on our girls trip very centrally located and easy to get to everything. Demetrius was very responsive and even worked with us on our departure time due to late flights. Easily one of the best hosts I’ve ever had at a vacation rental.'

'We loved the location! The house is in a quiet area and only 15 min from the beach and 15 min from downtown Charleston. Overall, everything went well and we were satisfied with the stay!We were disappointed that the outdoor area isn’t exactly what’s pictured, but it worked just for letting the dog out. There is a picnic table outside, but if you want a fire to sit around, you will need to have your own chairs. The shower doesn’t drain well, but I’m sure that’s a simple fix!'

'Smaller then what ya think but good all in all'

'Great location. Close (within 10 to 15 minutes) to downtown, Johns Island and Folly Beach. Host very responsive.'

'This was my first visit to Folly Beach. This property is about 2 miles from the beach but is an awesome location. It is an extremely comfortable space and close to anything you need. The neighborhood is peaceful and very friendly. The host responded quickly to any issues or questions. This will be my place anytime I come to visit again. I highly recommend it!'

'It was great to find a pet friendly place near the beach. The host was very accommodating with my two shepherds and an 18’ trailer that I had. The location is an easy drive to the beach or Charleston. The owners did a really nice job on making their game day spot into a cute place to stay. The weather was cool so the outside kitchen was a nice place to hang out. I was glad to have brought some bug spray…you are on the edge of the marshes on James Island. The area is filled with old live oaks...

'Absolutely wonderful, close to Folly and to downtown. Lots of great restaurants close'
