'AC 10 out of 10 it surprised me because I thought it was going to be hot. Location is great, walking distance to the heart of old San Juan. I loved it!'

'Honest review. Me and my daughter had the bunk beds room for 4 nights in March. Upon opening the door we could not fit our carry ons without some struggle. The distance from the bed to the wall is barely 20inches, we are both under 120 pound, and short. For 4 days one of our cases was under the bed, the other one under the bathroom sink... No storage space. Every single piece of clothing was damp at the end of our trip, no moisture control. You can't see the tv from the lower bed, and the air...

'The resort is beautiful, clean and the staff very accommodating. Pool and grounds were well maintained. Food options are more limited as all restaurants were not open during our stay and for dinner you needed to make reservations and they were not always available. We had a party of 6 and with food and drinks it became very expensive. Another thing to remember is that tips are included in all food and beverages purchased which was not made clear so it's easy to double tip.'

'Walkable; close to a science park and places to eat. You don't have to drive to get to a dining business. The parking and security are safe, excellent and easy. I don't gamble, but there is a casino as part of the hotel. The restaurant next to the casino and is part of the hotel has excellent latino food.'

'Courteous staff and clean and accessible room. Airline noise on several occasions but not excessive. Breakfast was excellent (staff included).'

'Beautiful property and rooms. However, at this price we were expecting 7 star service and that was not the case. The staff at the pool/bar/restaurant seemed to be bothered when we asked for service. They mostly congregated by the towel area and checked their phones more than they us. You can get far better service in other cheaper hotels. We were hoping to lounge and be take n care of but instead we were told about a 4pm last call (not offered anything) and when the birds took half the breakfast...

'The staff was friendly and the property was very clean. However they are going through a remodel so there were few amenities and check-in took a while because there had been a glitch in the system. I look forward to booking again when the remodel is completed.'

'My husband and I stayed for 4 weeknights in May 2026 on vacation and found the CasaBlanca to be good value for the comfort of the room, the hotel amenities, and beautiful decor throughout. We made frequent use of the free coffee and filtered water in the lobby, and spent every evening in the rooftop hot tubs. We didn't find the stone baths as fun, but also a cool perk. Although our room did not have any windows, the ambiance created by lighted panels with shutters helped the room not to feel too...
