'Stayed in the suite loved the heart shaped tub and the bed was comfy all in all for a hotel in the Bronx really clean and provides lots of room amenities. Never left my room so I don't know about downstairs but I saw a mart. The manager on site Raj was nice on checking in and clearing up my questions and the payment process.'

'Room was very clean, bathroom as well. Tv had all types of streaming apps. Able to control room temperature. Comes with mini fridge. Stood 1 night and I loved it! Customer service was excellent! Will be coming back!!'
