'Overlooking the ocean and right on the boardwalk! Right across from Ben and Jerry’s and a Sunsations store. Within walking distance to many places to eat and shop, and the fitness center was right down the hall from me on the 2nd floor. '

'Rooms are not that clean. Old and needed to be updated- tub looked rough and not clean. Went to use the pool, and had to get out after discovering feces floating in the pool. Our door did not properly stay locked'

'Our room had some issues. Our showerhead wasn't working the whole stay. The first night they replaced our showerhead. Then yhe next day the shower was cold water and a sprinkle coming out of the replaced showerhead. This trip was not at all what I expected. Very disappointed with this stay!'

'Not sure where to start Expedia rating was like 7.2 which I can’t believe - never will believe a rating on Expedia again. I had 2 rooms but I had my daughter sleep in my room (hotel didn't feel safe). Friends dropped by from the Naval base, but they didn’t want to get out of their car, place didn’t seem safe. Rooms smelled like cigarettes, beds are noisy since on metal frames, front door had a big gap in door frame - could see people walk by. One room had a balcony but no door handle to...

'The body soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. As for the shampoo and conditioner, it was impossible to tell what was actually inside them. The building itself is old, and the walls were peeling in places. The staff at the front desk seemed reluctant to refill the water and coffee provided in the lobby area. I was shocked when someone on an upper floor threw a water bottle down to the ground below! I’m just relieved that no one was injured.'
