'The suite was perfectly clean and spacious. It had a great view and the balcony was awesome to enjoy the sound and sights of the beach from our room. The included breakfast was good. The manager was not the nicest or friendliest lady. The pool was super cloudy you could not see the bottom of the pool so we did not use it. the property could use some maintenance -like the floor in the elevators were falling apart, the doors to the ocean front from the lobby were broken. 'Hotel 2-3 star. Front desk staff helpful but no room service for towels etc due to poor staffing. Fruit water in lobby was awesome- appreciated that!! VA Beach as a destination was disappointing. Would not return. Loud, food mediocre at best but expensive, understaffed everywhere and the staff at every location were not friendly ( except hotel), did not feel safe in VA Beach. Curfews imposed due to recent violence. Sad. The ocean was beautiful though!'

'Overall, 3 out of 5. The best thing about this hotel is the price, the staff was amazingly friendly. Last minute budget find. Could be cleaner, and could have better air conditioning units. Me, my grandmother, and little one all left with dry throats. Not sick, just woke up with very dry hard to swallow type throat irritation. I wont stay here again, but I woukd say if you are on a budget and need a quick find. This is it. '
