'Lovely hotel unique and very good staff The only recommendations are that they have to give hotel guests prefference in one of the restaurants and make up the beds every day and close the corridor for people who are not staying in the hotel. Very noisy in the corridors in the evening '

'Easy access by car, nice pool, they provide some noodles and things to play in the pool and, excellent, a device to help disabled people to access the water. There is a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and depending on the day for dinner too, though beware, the waffles are pretty salty compared with European tastes, but if you like…'

'Clean and comfortable room. Easy check-in and great front desk staff. The location is perfect for visiting Hillcrest restaurants and clubs. Unfortunately, the coffee machine was not working, so.. no coffee during my two days/nights. All-in-all, a great stay. I'll be back!'

'Unfortunately, this was a disappointing stay and not what I expect from the Hilton brand. Our room was on the side away from the freeway, but the view was unattractive. While I understand that's not something the hotel can control, it certainly didn't improve the experience. What surprised me more was the lack of amenities I normally associate with Hilton. There was no valet or bellhop service, and the check-in experience was simply average. The front desk employee was not pleased to be there...

'Short overnight stay. Convenient location as you can walk to shops/restaurants. The light rail station is just across the street and very convenient. The property was clean and felt welcoming. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.'

'Enjoyed the property and especially the open area outside monkey bar seating and DJ etc. Staff was helpful. Only issue I had is I had no idea prior to my first stay that this seems to be a family/kid destination. Pool and hot in was packed to the gills- couldn't even swim. It was a holiday week July 4 . Otherwise enjoyed the property.'

'Room was clean and modern but it had underlying odors due to its age. My husband gets sore throat from mold/mildew and he got it in the room (we arrived 8:30 pm for a be night). Fridge didn’t work.'

'Everything was perfect!! We came for one night for a concert, it was the most comfortable experience ever. The staff at the lobby were extremely kind and were so excited to take pictures for their polaroid wall. Beds are really comfortable, shower and bathroom all good as well. Great parking spots. The Crust Kitchen restaurant on the area was also a great breakfast spot. We really only have positive notes, absolutely making it our go-to hotel for next trips! '
