« It was close to a lot of Alamo Heights which has lovely shopping and excellent restaurants. It is affordable and clean and adjacent to my favored parts of the city. Those seeking closeness to the SA most famous attractions might find it remote »

« The room was dirty, we found a cockroach in the room, towels were stained. Electricity was dangerous (see photos). »

« Todo estuvo exelente, volveré otra vez , estuvimos dos noches, y estaba todo limpio, lo que me gusto mucho , que nunca lo había visto en un hotel fue ,que tenían , shampoo y acondicionador, crema , jabón para manos, jabón para cuerpo, pero en grande , suficiente para semanas, me agrado,,,, lo único que no me gustó mucho, fue la persona en la recepción, tal vez tuvo un mal día, pero fuera de eso todo exelente 💯 »

« Absolutely the worst experience I ever had. I didn't even sleep because they put me in a room with someone already In it. Told him he had to leave didn't clean it didn't change linens toilet seat was broke. It had an awful smell to it. I would like to be compensated for this horrible experience. I usually would t say something like that but I've never had an experience like that either. Absolutely atrocious. »

« moquette usagée. Pour le petit déjeuner, difficile de le prendre quand il faut courir après le personnel pour avoir du café, lait, et jus d'orange. Sans compter le bruit de l'autoroute. »

« 10/10 would recommend to anyone staying in San Antonio. The staff and service were nice and friendly. They went out of their way to help us with a late check-in. The room was very clean and spacious. We had no problem getting our deposit back. The water pressure was really good and the AC was immaculate. Everything was perfect! »

« Not one complaint about my stay at this property. Beautiful room/liked the amenities. Loved the breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will be booking more stays here. »

« The moldy/mustry smells in the room completely ruined the experience for me. Overall clean grounds but rooms are bad. They let me change rooms once. Second room was less musty so I accepted it, but it still was still pretty bad that I would not go back to this hotel. Staff were very friendly. »

« The shuttle service is perfect: quick and convenient, 24h. The breakfast was delicious, hot wafles, omelettes and toasts, among others. The check out is at noon, which makes it much easier than the usual 11h am. Our only problems were with the special requests we had made through expedia that had not been checked by the hotel, so we had no baby crib and no sheets for the sofa bed when we arrived. »

« Loved our room, bed was comfortable. The front desk lady wasn’t the kindest . No luggage carts to be found as we looked for hours to bring up a heavy luggage. The lady at the bar was the best as she found a cart for us. Swimming pool hand rail was broken as the hot tub rail which is dangerous. Only 3 lounges in the pool area no chairs. Washer and dryers are in a closet, could definitely have another set on another floor. »
