Negatief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences Iโve ever had.
The hotel is dirty, run-down, and feels unsafe. Itโs a roadside property where it looks like people actually live there, which already made me uncomfortable upon arrival. The entire place smelled strongly of cigarettes, including the room.
The room itself was in horrible condition:
โข The bathroom door was broken and damaged
โข The pillowcase was stained, looking like it could be blood
โข The bathtub was extremely dirty and stained
โข Overall cleanliness was completely unacceptable
To make things worse, the front desk is NOT open 24 hours. When you arrive, youโre expected to call a random cell phone number to check in, which is very unprofessional and inconvenient, especially after traveling.
Noise was another nightmare. The room above mine had people running, jumping, and dragging things until 3:00 AM, making it impossible to rest. There was no staff available to help or resolve the issue.
My reservation was for two nights, but the experience was so terrible that I was forced to book another hotel at the last minute just to be able to sleep and feel safe for the second night.
This stay was stressful, uncomfortable, and honestly disturbing. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and strongly suggest spending a little more money elsewhere to avoid this kind of experience.
