Location gîtes et cottages à Islesboro

« This cabin had everything we needed for a one-night pit stop up to Bar Harbor. We especially liked the rural location, the tea kettle, and stove for heat. We were able to sign into our Netflix and watch a thriller on a dark, rainy night, gathered in the living room area. We did not like that there were several large flies inside of the cabin. We killed a few that were bothering us, but even after that my nephew made a cup of tea at night and one of the flies flew into his tea cup! »

« This was a little cottage tucked away in the woods. If there was a rating for the value of what I paid compared to other homes we stayed at throughout our trip to Maine, I would rate it a 3-star. »

« The home was absolutely lovely!! Such a nice touch with fresh flowers . Very clean, comfortable linens and the little extras that a bathroom might need if a guest forgot some toiletries. Only wish we had more than one night in the home!! »

« Great hosts, very clean. Very pretty! Ddecorated with taste. WiFi was touch and go on at night but that is a very small problem. It is close to many great attractions or villages. »

« Would have loved to have more time to stay at the property and enjoy the lake - it was beautiful! The house itself was fine - my friend described it as a giant shed. But there needs to be pillow protectors on the pillows - it sucks when you're a non-smoker, haven't brought your own pillows from home, put your head down late at night to finally go to sleep and get the stench of cigarette smoke. I don't believe anyone had been smoking inside but I do believe smokers had rented the property before...
