'The bed was comfy. The pool area was fun for our daughter. The rest was not a great experience. The gentleman that checked us in mumbled to us, didn’t explain anything (the other employee next to him checking other guests in gave a friendly in depth explanation of everything). And when I asked him two questions he gave me a one word answer and rolled his eyes both times. 'Pleasant staff, location is great. However, the rooms looking nothing like the pictures on here. Hallway reeks of urine type smell. Rooms are dirty, beds are worn out. The bed sheets ripped and stained. The floor carpet heavily dirty. We had to book another hotel right there in the lobby of Hilton’s.'

So a few of our perks were getting to listen to the children in the pool and the child above us having a river dance competition for a minimum of 5 hours at night time with an encore before 7am.'
