'The room was good for our need and as a studio apt it was very well equipped. Bedding and towels very clean but room needed some extra cleaning in corners and shower plug and bathroom fan definitely in need of a good clean. Location very central for Ramsey but entrance their archway very tight'

'I understand the rental was new, so there's some scope for improvement, but we got off to a bad start when I booked the property but was then told the pictures did not relate to the flat available. After negotiating we stayed, and the smart TV did not stream any channel or even Netflix, but although the shower immersion heater unit worked, the tap only ran cold in the bathroom sink, and there could have been a few more mugs, cutlery and some side plates would have been helpful. 'With parking, central location, easy access and a clean and expansive apartment, we were very pleased. Everything worked well. The apartment was stocked with the right utensils. The only suggestion would be to have specific instructions on how to work the washer/dryer for small loads. Couldn't figure out an adequate drying cycle. Would recommend this property no problem to anyone.'

'Check in: the garage was not labeled as described in the check-in procedure so it took us awhile to locate the lock box. Kitchen: the freezer hadn’t been defrosted in ages, there were no ice cube trays. The apartment is for 6 people but there were only 3 wine glasses. There was a foul smell from the kitchen drain. 'The property was disgraceful. We didn't stop there we booked somewhere else. Bed unmade not been changed from previous person. It absolutely stank of cigarette smoke. Rubbish on the floor in front room. Food left in the freezer. Tried ringing Muhammad but no answer.'

'Lovely clean room. The bed was very comfortable and the small kitchen and restroom fit the space very well. I had great communication with the host. The location is near many shops and restaurants and about a 15 minute walk from the city center. The washer and dryer were very convenient.'
