« The room was good for our need and as a studio apt it was very well equipped. Bedding and towels very clean but room needed some extra cleaning in corners and shower plug and bathroom fan definitely in need of a good clean. Location very central for Ramsey but entrance their archway very tight »

« A clean and well-stocked flat in a very convenient location. Great appliances that all worked. A clean, comfortable bed and comfortable sitting area. Possibly the best VRBO we have encountered. If we had to point out limitations we would say the shower is a little small and it was odd that there were only 3 dinner forks but both would be a little nit-picky considering the overall quality of the flat! »

« I understand the rental was new, so there's some scope for improvement, but we got off to a bad start when I booked the property but was then told the pictures did not relate to the flat available. After negotiating we stayed, and the smart TV did not stream any channel or even Netflix, but although the shower immersion heater unit worked, the tap only ran cold in the bathroom sink, and there could have been a few more mugs, cutlery and some side plates would have been helpful. « We stayed at this listing in another loft in 2024. It was an excellent stay. We chose this listing for our three week stay in 2025 based on the condition of the listings offered, the prompt and complete communication by the host, and the fact that we like the area. It has many restaurants, both fine and casual dining. It is a decent walk or a short bus ride to the Grand Arcade and the colleges. We would stay here again. »

« Lovely clean room. The bed was very comfortable and the small kitchen and restroom fit the space very well. I had great communication with the host. The location is near many shops and restaurants and about a 15 minute walk from the city center. The washer and dryer were very convenient. »

« The property was disgraceful. We didn't stop there we booked somewhere else. Bed unmade not been changed from previous person. It absolutely stank of cigarette smoke. Rubbish on the floor in front room. Food left in the freezer. Tried ringing Muhammad but no answer. »

« Very nice flat in a great location. Well set up and nice furnishings. My wife and I were very comfortable during a stay of about 8 weeks. Living area is one level above street and can be a little noisy, since it’s on a busy street, but the bedroom is a level above that and much quieter. Lots of good pubs and restaurants steps from apartment. Would definitely stay again! »
