'Wife and I were celebrating our 14th wedding anniversary and Casa Las Tortugas lived up to it's sterling reputation that we have been reading. We stayed in the Tucan room which is on the ground floor with walking access to beach. The staff is great and very friendly. We went in Sept 2025 which is the low season with limited staff but we still received great service. The is food is fresh and excellent. Every meal was an experience. We loved the afternoon activities...Salsa Lesson, writing class...

'Erg goed resort op Isla Holbox! We betaalden de juiste prijs en de kwaliteit was geweldig. We werden welkom geheten met een welkomstdrankje en koud handdoekje. Personeel was op en top aanwezig, vriendelijk, zelfs door taalbarrière erg behulpzaam. Kamer (bungalow) heel schoon, wel veel muggen. 2 zwembaden en prive strand voor de deur. Het enige nadeel is dat er alleen wifi in de lobby is'

"Ontvangst even stroef. Kamer was niet klaar en weer kregen een downgrade met vele excusses. Uiteindelijk perfect opgelost, dag erna een upgrade met zeezicht, een terugbetaling van 1 dag, een gratis ontbijt en gratis taxi naar de ferry. Ik raad u zeker deze accomodatie aan. Nogmaals dank voor onze mooie tijd bij jullie"
