Our gorgeous Mid-Century Modern home professional designed is a true gem for you to stay. High ceilings, large oversized windows with ample natural light is the perfect place to call home.

• The Master /Primary bedroom has one king-sized bed with a large private bathroom dual sink vanity, walk-in shower, two night stands with USB / electrical outlets for charging convenience, desk with drawers, 50” Samsung Smart-TV, and large walk-in closet.

• The Second Bedroom has one queen-sized bed with large windows & views, private closet, 2 night stands with USB / electrical outlets for charging convenience.

• The third bedroom has a full-sized bed plus a pull out twin bed for additional person. Has a desk along with a desk light with USB / outlets for your charging needs, and a closet with drawers & hanging space.

• Window Treatments: All bedrooms have black-out shades, and common areas have designer zebra rolling shades.

• Kitchen has a full-size Samsung smart refrigerator / freezer with built in water pitcher, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, 5-Gas burner Kitchen-aid.
Fully Also stocked with utensils, pots and pans, bowls, plates, cups, plastic plates and bowls for kids are all provided.

Guest access
Guest can access the entire home and 2nd floor wrap around balcony & front private porch, and large garage to park 2 cars all without sharing. Additional free street parking is available.
You will have access to our community pools and parks with the key fob provided. Guest will be responsible for the key and must be returned upon checkout. Lost keys / Key fob replacement cost is $100.
Other things to note
Our house have installed Wifi-Smart door lock, and the code will be sent to you once booked.

We welcome you to use the entire home, and make yourself feel right at home. However keep in mind we have a ZERO Tolerance Policy for any violations of all short-term rental ordinance, our house rules, and city local laws. No over occupancy, and only the occupants listed on the agreement is allowed to stay in the property.

-No Smoking of any kind / Including vape
-No Breaking house rules
-No Pets / Animals
-If police are called the premise for any legal or illegal activities, disturbance you will be asked to vacate the property with no refunds.
