'Clean room, breakfast was fine'

'This stay made it where I’ll never go off reviews again when it comes to Memphis!! This hotel was nasty they didn’t have trash bags in the trash cans, whoever cleaned the room swept all the trash under the beds, the walls had cracks in them the furniture was old and a mess, the pool was over filled and the pool furniture WAS NASTY AND HORRIBLE!! This was the worst stay EVER!!'

'I have never been to such a dirty hotel in my life. Downstairs it looks quite nice and tidy, but the rooms were so dirty! Never vacuumed under the beds. Bathroom moldy, dirty, full of hairs (not mine!), we had to take a shower in a dirty bathtub where you couldn't stand in, because it was dangerous. I got 2 towels for 4 persons for 2 nights. When I asked after 1 night for 4 clean towels, the receptionist was surprised I wanted so much. And breakfast? 😂 Toast with nothing to put on, cereal but...

'It was a nice hotel! the rooms can use an update, but they are fine. The breakfast was simple but nice. There is a coffee-machine in your room with a daily delivery of new coffee bags (1 reg., 1 caff free). Also the cups etc come new in daily. Everyone is kind, and willing to help you. Good value for money!'
