Hôtel près de Hamilton Lake (Memphis)

« The room smelled, air conditioner barely worked and made a weird noise. At or around 0104 in the morning one of the staff entered my room without knocking. Worst hotel experience of my adult life. »

« Acceuil normal sans plus, mais ils peuvent faire mieux. Porte de la chambre qui frotte et qui bloque, idem pour la porte de la salle de bain. Réveillé par un pickup à 5h de matin, qui faisait chauffé son moteur sous ma fenêtre. Frigo qui fait un bruit incroyable. J'ai reporté tout ça à l'accueil, qui m'a juste dit "désolé". Aucune intervention de sa part. Je ne vous conseille pas cet hotel. »

« No parking, you have to pay for parking per night which is crazy because why do i have to pay for parking at a hotel doesn’t make any sense its not like you’re paying valet… the staff are useless they tried charging me night before the trip and found it very weird so i locked my card by the time i get to the hotel to pay for it as i planned on by choosing the pay at hotel option it went from 791 to 1,540 the staff was so useless it’s crazy to me like how do you explain that… and their...

« The staff was helpful. The pool and got tub was nice. Housekeeping only comes every other day, but you can get fresh towels at the front desk. Breakfast was good. »

« Had to stay here last minute due to severe storms delaying my solo trip. This is seriously the greatest hotel in DeSoto County. Very polite, helpful, professional, and kind staff. The room was immaculate, peaceful, and the cleanest room I’ve stayed in. Will 100% return here next time I stop back into town. Only thing is the parking lot fills up quickly but not the end of the world. »

« We reserved a two Queen Bed Room through Expedia. However, when we got to the hotel, in our third floor room with our heavy luggage....it was one King bed. Too tired and sleepy to go back downstairs to make a fuss. Next day, when I queried the desk gal, she said the issue was "not on them". I would need to contact my third party scheduler, Expedia. Needless to say, they would not take responsibility for putting us in the wrong room. They said EXPEDIA was at fault, since they said King Bed...
