'The smoke alarms went off at 5:30 a.m. throughout the property. Only called the front office to see what was going on, someone answered the phone and said call the police they are chasing me. Obviously, we did not go downstairs to check out what was going on. 5 to 10 minutes later two fire trucks and three police. cars showed up. With our adrenaline rushing and everything going on, we never did get a chance to go back to sleep. When we talk to the staff at the front desk later that morning they...

'Centrally located. Decent breakfast. Easy to check-in. Only thing I would like to have seen, was staff willing to work with you to get extended check-out. At least one more hour. They said no, due to me not being a Hilton member. I usually get call in the morning to see if it is a possibility. I booked through Expedia, so not a member but I think I would have a least expected that from Hote staff to not flat out say no since check-in. '

'Room was okay but compared to other like hotels, it was not the best. The pool and hot tub were dirty. The breakfast was very limitted and had to wait a long time for food to be restocked. The bed was also very uncomfortable as the mattress was extremely soft. '
