DO NOT STAY HERE!!
I stayed here 3 nights for a family wine tasting get away. Booked 2 double queen rooms through Expedia, which falsely rated this place in the 8 range as very good. I thought the Marriott Bonvoy brand would provide a decent reputable quality experience but instead it was a poorly negative one.
First night after check in, was unable to use the bathroom sink because the counter top was dirty and the pipe below the sink was broken and poured water onto the floor.
The desk clerk was very apologetic and changed our room to king bed suite. That room had a horrible mildew smell and the mattress felt over 20 years old, lumpy all over with no support, just sunk in the middle.
The next day, got into a different double queen room which had a better mattress but the TV was not working, which they later fixed. One of the two light fixtures in the bathroom did not work.
The air conditioner in the the other queen room my kids stayed in was broke and they didn’t fix it. Thank goodness it wasn’t that hot of a weekend. Someone smoked marijuana in the next room which stunk badly.
Pool: appears neglected, stained, unsafe and beach towels looked like worn old hand towels.
Carpet in the hallways: were soiled and not vacuumed.
Elevator: slow and small
Stairwells: dirty, smelled horrible
Overall: Dated hotel that does not maintain their facilities and apparently housekeeping and maintenance staff do not communicate.
