'TownePlace is a solid chain. Love the amount of space and comfort these rooms have to offer. This particular hotel in Brooklyn is new (so the price it probably going to quadruple in the next month). The breakfast here was also a much welcomed part of stay. Looking forward to staying here again if the situation arises! '

'The lobby looks nothing like the photo on the hotel profile. It is small and dingy. The front desk clerks sit in glass box-for security reasons. The condition of the property is rundown with attempts to cover it with some loud patterns on hallway walls and floors. Our room had a strong unpleasant smell of dirty carpet and some cleaning supplies. The bathroom has a barn door, which you can't close property. The bathroom was ok. 'The hotel smells clean enough - they definitely use Fabuloso. But we were placed in an oddly cut up basement room, with no real closet (an Ikea closet), no real windows, an oversized ac unit in the window, and bathroom doors that didn’t lock and they were some odd French split doors. The breakfast was… food. The food area is too small a room for the size of the hotel and it’s hard to find a seat and have space to move around. 'Net iets te ver van Mathatten. Bent 45 minuten onderweg met de Metro. De wijk waar het hotel staat is ook niet de beste wijk. Als je terugkomt ‘s-avonds wordt afgeraden om over straat te lopen. Het hotel ziet er van buiten niet uit. Van binnen is het prima. Alles netjes en faciliteiten zijn ook goed. Kamer en badkamer ruim en goed. Aleen de ontbijtzaal is heel ongezellig en ze gebruiken plastic bestek en borden. '
