'This property was absolutely fantastic for my wife and I and our two year old dog. The home watery well equipped and the decor and interior was spot on. The grounds were amazing and very well kept and private. In terms of location we were a two minute drive to the waterfront in Chester. Bill and Sandy were awesome hosts and we will make it a point to be back again.'

'Our first time to NS, not fully appreciating how beautiful this part of the southern coast really is. This cottage is right in the heart of it, and offers a most serene respite from the otherwise very busy Polly’s Cove only a few miles away. The cottage is extremely clean and very well maintained. One last shout out to our host Matthew who is most diligent with any requests you may have. Stay there, you won’t regret it.'

'We enjoyed our 4 night stay at The Lodge. The ocean view and sunrises were awesome. The house was comfortable and had lots of room to hang out when we were not out checking out all the nearby attractions. Could maybe use a few more plates and cutlery along with dish towels which we could not find. All around a good first Vrbo experience. '

'Ruim huis direct aan de baai, met terras aan het huis én nog een direct op het water. Van die laatste wil je nooit meer weg. Eb en vloed, zon en wolken, en vooral: aalscholvers en meeuwen die rustig op de stenen in het water zitten, totdat er één landt met een verse krab. Geschreeuw en gedoe van jewelste. Tot de volgende krab. Huis heeft slaapplaatsen in soorten en maten. Beneden twee kleinere kamers, boven twee grote bedden in een open ruimte, te beklimmen met steile, zeer stevige trap....

'My daughter and I stayed for two nights on a girls’ weekend. The place was well equipped, spacious, comfortable and clean. It’s very conveniently located a short walk from the waterfront, with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Two downsides, which weren’t deal-breakers but worth noting: - Bring earplugs if you can’t sleep through noise.
