Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500

If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

Other things to Note;
1) No vehicles with wraps or logos are allowed to be parked overnight in the community
2) Vehicles cannot be parked inside the gate if they are over 20 feet long, 7 feet high, or are affixed with equipment including racks, tool boxes, or gate lifts.
