Glenda was super helpful from the time I made the reservation, with tips on the ferry and names and phone numbers for a taxi service when we got to the island. 'Our family vacation was a dream come true. The vacation home was close to the beach so we could walk there. The home is spacious with a wonderful pool. The air conditioning works great since it was humid when we went. There are plenty of big rooms to accommodate a big group. There is a barbq which we enjoyed using. Jose was helpful in providing information on activities, grocery stores and emergency services. The kitchen is well stocked if you choose to cook. We hope to return again.'

'The location is amazing entering el Yunque and is close to an amazing juice bar (Degrees 18) which was nice to have near by. The road the house is on is extremely steep so make sure your car can handle that…. But the view is gorgeous from up there. The house is super spacious, cute, and comforts for a family. 'Great place for the family to stay. Beautiful inside and outside. We did rent Jeep Wrangler as we were going to explore entire island anyways and it helped not to worry about local roads. You iether need something lifted a bit or something skinny so you can fit between the ruts in some parts. 'Easy to find, but the roads are steep at times. Communication was a breeze with Kim, who responded to texts promptly. Having an app to open the gate up on arrival made it very smooth, and a code for the door as well -- no keys to keep track of. Privacy was not an issue, the whole floor was for our use, as well as the pool, even though Hector was on the floor above and close by if we needed him.
