'Needed a place to stay for one night to attend a concert at Tanglewood (about 45 minutes away from The Alander by scenic back roads). The rooms are freshly renovated and vey clean and the setting is beautiful. Didn’t have a chance to try the attached restaurant. Will definitely stay there again.'

'Great location. Difficult parking unless the host were to park their car on the street when guests are there. Good small, cosy room. Comfortable bed and clean. Be prepared for noise. Must be impervious or bring earplugs. Family noise & sound travels from overhead. Use of any water triggers noisy flush pump day and night. Other mechanical noises above the bed. Omission: Wasn't enough ground coffee to use the coffee machine. Very nice host. We enjoyed the location.'

'I attended an event about 30 minutes away and chose to stay here and it was a great experience! The room was beautiful, very clean, well stocked coffee bar, and the property manager was very quick to reply back if i had any questions! The town is a nice quiet little town! I would recommend this place to anyone!'
