You would think a property near a busy concert venue would have a smoother check in experience, but even with three at the front desk, it was still insanely slow and the line was to the back of the hotel. They weren’t allowing early check ins from what I understand and the staff was visibly frustrated. The area itself wasn’t the best but there seemed to be parking lot and overnight security, and the parking attendant was incredibly kind and gave us direction several times.
Something needs to be done for a smoother and quicker check in during peak times.
