'Room appeared clean. Barking dogs all night. We are married seniors, although booked two months in advance, were given a room that said Pet Suite on the door. In the morning found a small crawling bug on one bed, smacked it & left blood underneath, probably a flea or tick. We left immediately, front desk was unmanned for @15 mins, reported it to Wyndham Customer Service. Left part of our luggage to be thrown out, took showers the minute we got home. 'This place was DISGUSTING! Don’t stay here. I had to leave and book another room at another hotel. The back door didn’t lock so anyone had access to the wing I was staying in. Sketchy area with broke down RVs in the parking lot. I did not feel safe at all!!! I was so far from the front desk. Room smelled weird, garbage in the hallway, like big bag of garbage from housekeeping that never was thrown out.'

'I hate leaving bad news, but this place was horrible. Did not look like anything I was seeing online. There was literally only 10 ft.² to walk around in the bedroom. No place to hang your clothes. Microwave was disgusting. Screen wasn’t installed right on the window. there was a cobweb up in the corner of the room and the bathroom itself was nice, but it was as big as the bedroom which was way too small and did not show in the pictures that were online. I will never stay at this place again.'

'I was treated very poorly. I had reserved a room with two beds, but when I arrived, they had already given it to someone else and didn't have any more available; they gave me a room with just one bed instead. My son had to sleep curled up on the floor on a cot. The staff at the front desk treated me very badly—there is a young man named Stiven who needs to learn some manners; he is very rude to customers. I have no desire to return to that place or recommend it.'
