'My initial room smelled really good when I got there but then I seen it was stains on my bedsheets which looked like blood stains, so I went to front desk and showed video and pictures of stain and she proceeds to say it’s ink from when they do laundry but she didn’t understand why housekeeping would place on bed with the stains? So she switches my room and apologized and then the second room smelled really stale like it’s hadn’t been used in some time. It was late and I was tired from traveling...
