'Really nice suites hotel very close to DFW airport.
Room was huge. Fried/freezer, microwave, small kitchenette. Coffee machine. Comfy bed.
Coffee, tea and filtered water freely available in the foyer.
Free shuttle bus to and from the airport, great service.
Complimentary breakfast.
Great location for visiting the sites in the DFW area.
There is no bar or restaurant here, however there are plenty nearby to choose from.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Would happily stay here again.'

'The second I walked in I regretted booking. It smelled terrible inside, and stuff was scattered everywhere. Got to the third floor, and the smell got worse. Think wet dog, urine, and strong smell of spoiled food. My pillow case was dirty, or stained. One of the neighbors was smoking weed in a room, and the ac didn’t work very well, and the staff weren’t very helpful when asked for plastic cutlery.'

'This was a last minute stay. Our plane was cancelled and we needed a room for the night, near the airport. We called the hotel when we arrived at the airport, for a shuttle. The shuttle runs 3:30 am to 11:30 pm.
Luckily, we arrived little before 11 pm and the shuttle was able to pick us up. The front desk was very prompt and helpful at check in. We found the room to be large and clean. The hotel is an older Holiday Inn Express. Some of their furnishings were aged and stained.

'Hotel in very poor condition, I booked it because it had an 8 star rating but I would rate it about a 5. Terrible smell in the room, a cockroach in the bathroom and it was over hour wait for the shuttle. Staff were friendly and helpful. '
