'Keys did not work. Got locked out. Took over an hour to get unprofessional staff to help get into room. Staff swearing during conversations about hotel staff not responding. Rooms lack general maintenance. Left to another hotel. No policies and procedures exist when keys don’t work. Staff stated batteries in door lock needed to be changed. DO NOT STAY HERE!'

'This is a beautiful spacious home, very comfortable for 6 people plus we had a few other family members join us to watch the eclipse. My adult children enjoyed the game room and chess set. 'Zwembad is een beetje smoezelig, kamer is mooi maar badkamer is 'vergeten' op te knappen.... Te weinig handdoeken en in tegenstelling tot wat er op expedia staat geen ontbijt tot 10 uur! Om 9:10 uur was alles weg en met geen mogelijkheid een broodje meer te krijgen. Personeel ronduit onbeschoft.'
