Arrived at 4pm. There was a note at the desk "had to leave back in 5 minutes" 15 minutes later a girl showed up with food she had got from somewhere. She apologized and talked to someone one in the room just behind the desk who had obviously been there the whole time we were waiting. The point of trip was to take my kids swimming during a cold winter. Heater was turned off in the pool, pool was 65 degrees, unable to be swam in. At first they played stupid about the temperature. After annoying them enough they had a guy check the pool who said "yeah its 65, but the heater is at 72, it should be warm soon" Really? A huge pool in a 65 degree heated room with 65 degree water will be heated "in a few minutes". So swimming was not available. The next morning i brought my daughter down for breakfast at 7:30. There was 1 guest eating and no hot food left. Woman running the thing said give me 10 minutes and i'll get some food out. The vending machines were out of order and when we went to leave the sliding door wouldn't open. The woman at the desk just looked at us and said, "yeah the sliding door gets stuck, you need to slide it open by hand." The room was nice enough and clean but the accommodations and customer service of these people is absolutely horrible. I would encourage anyone thinking of staying here to stay at any one of the other hotels nearby.
