'I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable. 'Easy to book. Communication excellent prior to check in. Great location. Quiet. Floors, fridge, island draws and toilet were dirty. There isn’t lock on back door which is the sunroom door. Sunroom is advertised as bedroom. Guests go through sunroom to get outside. The sunroom doesn’t have a closet, but it worked for us. Towels were damp and folded on the beds. Linen closet jammed packed with hangers and towels falling out when the door opened. Minor detail- suggest removing the modern...
