'Ok, but no hot water in rooms and l wasn’t told before arrival.'

'Absolutely nothing like the pictures. The pool area just looks old and moldy. And had a smell. Our room even had a smell. Nothing in our room was plugged in, like the room wasn’t used (probably why it smelled) The caulking on the tub looked almost moldy. The room itself looked clean. The location is weird, and terrible driveway/parking area. '

' Cleaning staff go above and beyond. very helpful front desk staff. located near entrance to I-87,Champlain Mall and restaurants.. Only complaint is the lack of snow removal especially around entrances and exits. Nice Continental breakfast and clean dining area. '

'Très propre, service déjeuner ok. A 7 h 30 il n'y avait déjà plus de café. Jus d'orange très bien! Quand même du choix. Le personnel à l'accueil est très accueillant. Chambre : on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre à côté. Hôtel avec une clientèle majoritairement adulte, pas vu d'enfants (si vous recherchez cela). '

'Zwembad is een beetje smoezelig, kamer is mooi maar badkamer is 'vergeten' op te knappen.... Te weinig handdoeken en in tegenstelling tot wat er op expedia staat geen ontbijt tot 10 uur! Om 9:10 uur was alles weg en met geen mogelijkheid een broodje meer te krijgen. Personeel ronduit onbeschoft.'
