The location is great, the rooms are fantastic, the personel is super friendly&we loved the spa even though at this point it is only indoor since they are repairing the outdoor spa because of storm damage last year. 'We had a nice stay with a very helpfull guestlady and owner who helped us out a lot when we were unfortunate enough to encounter a flat tire. The surroundings of this hotel are beautiful with the mountains and fjord to look over. Breakfast was nice with local icelandic bread.'

'Nice simple place with everything we needed. The room was clean, pleasant, and had a great view of the mountains. Access to the kitchen and laundry was a great bonus. The staff member who supported us was very enjoyable and informative. We enjoyed our two night stay. '

'The hotel and the location are amazing, walking distance to everything. Great views of the mountains and the whole town. Only problem we had was getting a place to have breakfast, the hotel recommends Hotel Aldan but we showed up at 8 in the morning and they did not have breakfast available (there was a group that was having breakfast) but they told us that they didn't have for the 2 of us. Only coffee was available?! Other than that a great stay, but be aware of maybe packing your own food in...

'This property was cute, quaint, and cozy. The upstairs are steep and narrow which could make it difficult for an elderly or disabled person. I found that it was difficult cooking for 3 in terms of how the kitchen was equipped (no steamer or strainer capability). The laundry facilities are in an external building. Was only able to do 3 loads of laundry in 1 1/2 days. The village was enchanting. '

'This adorable little cabin was perfect for our stay traveling around the Ring Road! My grandmother and I LOVED this cozy place. It was nice to have a cabin all to ourselves and our own beds that were very comfortable!
