'The staff was incredibly helpful during our stay. From early check-in at 13h instead of 15h without extra cost, to calling the taxi company to make sure that the taxi that picked us up had octopus payment available. Also the small touches like when you walk in after a day in town a staff member will walk to the elevators to press the button already before you get there, that way the wait time is less. The location of the hotel is also good being in central and so close to the famous Lin Huang...

' Great hotel. Service was perfect. Only thing to add as a bad thing is that everything in the hotel is pretty expensive, even for hong kong. Food is great, staff is excellent and location perfect. I can recommend to everybody '
