'I stay here often. I’m usually very pleased. This last time there was stains in the carpet. The room smelled of cigarettes.'

'Do not book a room at this hotel. There was recently a storm that caused damage and nothing has been done to fix it. We arrived at the hotel a little after check-in time and the room wasn’t even ready. The staff was nice and helpful but this place is a dump. The walls in t he lobby have extensive water damage, the back side of the building was torn off and nothing was done to fix it. This place should be condemned! '

'The staff is very friendly. But in the room was Some things brooken. Only one curtain, so you can’t make the room dark. The towels from the person before was still there. The refigator made sooo much noise, just like a airplane'

'The hotel was very clean in common areas and in the rooms. In addition the staff was also very courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast was very tasty and the wait staff was pleasant. The property is located on a service road and does not appear to be near eateries, but the location does have quick access to the interstate which is a positive. I would consider staying at this property in the future.'

'Had to wait 2 and a half hours for the room to get cleaned. A dirty wash cloth was left outside by.our room door in the hallway. It there sun-tues . waiting it for ever for drink at the bar. The bartender would disappear for 30-40 minutes. One of the bartenders didn’t know how to make a margarita. The staff was more annoyed with guest than helpful. Very snappy and short tempered. The slots were not hitting to good. The infinity pool was cut off and full of green algae'

'I booked this room for 4 days, not once did anyone come to clean the room or replace the towels or take the trash while we were gone. The do not disturb sign was never used so there was no excuse. When I asked about it, I was told that they only clean every 3 days. I was there for 4 days and no one ever cleaned so that was a lie. Rooms should be cleaned every day or at least every other day. And there was a woman in the room next to me who yelled at my husband because I was in her spot, there...
