Organisatorisch zeer goed: in-uitchecken, transport bagage naar-van het eiland, transport op het eiland, toegang tot het park etc. Enkel het park zelf zou nog kunnen verbeteren\; alle attracties hebben bloktijden wanneer ze open zijn, dus je staat regelmatig voor een gesloten attractie. 'Voted #1 resort in Southeast Asia and #1 in Asia, it is a very big resort with all the amenities and entertainment you can think of. Spacious rooms, staff were nice but didn’t seem overall as friendly as other places like in Hue and Da Nang. It’s a big resort, and they’re held to certain standards, so it almost felt so service-based.
