'The staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and having an on-site massage service was very convenient. However, the refrigerator did not get cold enough, and the air conditioning took some time to cool the room to a comfortable temperature. The room offered a lovely sea view, although it was partially obstructed by the building in front. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few areas that could be improved.'

'We hadden over algemeen goed bevallen.

'The room is dirty. Upon check in, I informed how dirty the room is. Felt more like a motel rather 4 star resort. They moved me to another room after the 1st night. Room was the same layout off 23 floor vs first night floor 10th. The new room wasn't that much better but I decided to just stay rest of time there. I wouldn't stay there again.'

'Inaccurate description: no balcony as listed, drapery torned and ripped , partial lights bulbs burn out, refrigerator not cold enough. Asked the host to change room but not successful.'

'I untied feel bad,I’m not excepted for clean room yet,but the guy open my room 3 times. He’s did wrong…..,that’s why I & my sister so upset, feeling not safe We never come back again 😡'
