Residenties in Holy Island

'The property was close to Bamburgh Castle and Farne Islands that is great in summer for Puffins. We were given the smallest double bed room even though we booked a proper queen room that were available.'

'Prima hotel, op doorreis of als uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes in de omgeving. Kamer, badkamer en bedden waren goed. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, met vers fruit (aardbeiden, frambozen, blauwe bessen), yoghurt en ruime keuze in Engelse ontbijt-varianten met ei, bacon etc. Ook het avondeten was er prima. Vlak naast het hotel zijn er Tesla oplaadpunten, die ook door niet-Tesla's gebruikt kunnen worden, en die met hoge snelheid kunnen laden. Handig!'

'We stayed one night at the Tempus. The decor was beautiful, the bed comfortable, the food was very good, and the staff were friendly. The problem with the place is style over substance. While beautifully decorated and large, the lighting in the room was a nightmare. There simply wasn't enough nor was it in the right places. The wet room was even worse. The mirrors were not placed properly, there wasn't enough light to see yourself properly and if one were to take a shower the entire room...

'This is a fabulous hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, very good food, comfortable and well appointed rooms. Great location on the Northumbrian coast in a village which is a delight to walk round.'

'Travelled with 2 puppies was worried about how things would be. Didn’t need to be worried as dog friendly rooms available & staff very accommodating. Meals served all day & a good variety to choose from. Have booked for close family to stay later in the year.'
