'The rooms were spacious and spotless, staff were amazing with our toddler (they even called the room when we left his dummy in reception and brought it up for us). Nothing was too much trouble. Dinner at the brasserie was fantastic and breakfast was too. Would definitely stay again without the toddler to use the spa!'

'Gorgeous food from the large breakfast offering (there is everything you could ever want for breakfast!!!) the food in Palm Court was outstanding and the staff looked after us so well, we also loved the piano player- added something special to the evening. Clean and comfortable rooms and the swimming pool was really lovely too. Thank you, we will be back. '

'Kamer boven de bar. Elke avond luide muziek , die al om 17.00 uur begon .Er zat geen mens in de bar, alleen het personeel! Gasten kwamen om te eten pas 20.00 of later. Maar dat was alleen in het weekend. De andere dagen hebben wij alleen gedineerd of er was nog een ander stel. Op de vraag of de muziek wat zachter kon , deden ze dat wel, maar minimaal resultaat!Verder weinig parking plaats. hebben de auto laten staan alle dagen en met locaal vervoer uitstapjes gemaakt om risico van niet te kunnen...

'De internetprijs bij gebruik van eigen laptop was hoog, en bij gebruik van de hotelcomputer maar liefst het dubbele! Het ontbijt was ook heel duur, maar wij hadden gelukkig ons eigen brood. Het personeel was aardig en de kamer was voortdurend in orde. Het verblijf was zeer aangenaam, en het hotel staat in een rustige buurt.'

'Excellent place to stay, very friendly staff, rooms very comfortable, spacious & clean, with great facilities, lovely little complimentary items made the stay extra enjoyable. 'Room was great and so was the hotel, just the bed was like sleeping on a PE Mat and the pillows were too big. I only like thin pillows. So really nice but bed not that good for me. Still I'd rather stay here with all the facilities and service.'

'Great weekend break. Ideally located for all the shops and local attractions like the amphitheatre and The Rows. Staff very friendly and room was comfortable. Great walk in shower in the bathroom. Lovely breakfast in the morning with plenty of choice. Never had t wait to be seen to a table and service was top notch.'

'Lovely room, quiet, clean. We were a bit worried when we saw the hotel was on such a busy street, but once we were in our room, we heard absolutely nothing from all the noise outside. Also, a special shout out to receptionist Cassie, she is an absolute gem. She made us feel extremely welcome and our daughter was totally smitten by her. All of the staff made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back!'

'Situated in a perfect position near to the centre of town, Very modern with staff that are always happy to help and smiling all of the time, they must really love their jobs. 'Great hotel. Had a nice upgrade. The room had a comfy bed and was very clean. There was an ac unit in the bedroom which helped cool the room down. The only thing was the shower pressure was very low and cut out a couple of times. '
