Public Beach Access #3 is just a short 3-block stroll away, (walk north 1 block to 5th street, then east 2 blocks to beach access!) making it effortless to enjoy sun-soaked days on the shore. Plus, we're just down the road from the locals favorite Trailer Bar, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun.

Gas grill provided, grilling allowed 10 feet away from all wooden structures. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks, boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes.

Parking: Ample parking is available on the property, ensuring a hassle-free stay for you and your guests.

This is a dog-friendly home! 2 pups max under 80lbs with $100 pet fee. We can allow additional pets if needed for a fee!

No smoking is allowed in the house or outside.

Check in is at 4 PM and Check out is at 10 AM. We unfortunately are unable to offer offer early check ins or late check outs during the summer season but can accommodate luggage drop off while you enjoy some time on the beach! If you are staying with us outside of the summer months, send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate!
