This lovely home is located a few blocks north of the stoplight in Surf City. A third-row home, it is beautifully decorated and offers fantastic views from any of the four decks or from the screened-in porch. Getting to the beach is as simple as walking one block. You can see the beach access from both of the ocean-view decks. Inside the home, you'll find the entryway has enough room to store all your beach gear. Grab your boogie boards and head out the door to the beach. The first level is home to three bedrooms, a screened porch, and two decks. There is a private hot tub available on the ground level.

Upstairs you will find a spacious, open-concept living area that includes the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The living room is filled with wonderful custom furniture and accessories. Two blue sofas and a chair are available for lounging. The full kitchen has all the small and major appliances and counter space you'll need to prepare nightly meals. The dining room sits in a wonderful glass alcove and you can serve your dinner guests at the table with seating for eight beneath the custom chandelier. A large laundry room is also on this level and is located off the kitchen. The sliding glass doors lead you outside to the upper ocean view deck, the perfect place to enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning. Relax on the colorful deck furniture in the warm Carolina sun. Guests will have access to a private washer/dryer and the free WiFi will make it easy for remote workers and students. You'll love getting a long and rejuvenating sleep in one of the four well-appointed bedrooms.

You'll have Soundside Park and Kenneth D. Batts Family Park both less than two miles from the home, and the pier is only a half mile away. Be sure to visit North Topsail Beach Town Park (nine miles) and Hampstead Kiwanis Park (10 miles) during your stay. This home is conveniently close to shopping, dining, and activities, so you'll always have something fun to do during your stay.
