Living and Dining:

The cathedral ceilings and large windows and sliding glass doors bring in the sunshine, creating a bright and inviting open concept living space. Gather in the comfortable living room and enjoy beverages served from the wet bar or catch up on your favorite movies. The kitchen is spacious, with a center island, providing plenty of room for meal prep and entertaining, while the dining table easily seats 10 around the expandable table. Need a little quiet corner? Check out the cozy window seat with its lovely view of the Intracoastal Waterway. It's the perfect size for some light reading or a child's nap.

Outdoor Spaces:

Enjoy wonderful ocean views from either the 2nd floor extra-large sundeck with built in seating or the 1st floor covered deck. Kick off those flip flops and relax to the sounds of the surf and enjoy your favorite beverage – hot morning coffee to icy cold libations, it all tastes better here. When you’re ready to hit the beach, you'll find  the public beach access across the street and the left of 1100 S. Shore Drive.

Location:

This vacation home is located just south of the high rise bridge in Surf City.  You'll be close to the central part of the island where most of the restaurants and shops are located.  Be sure to visit our local attractions like the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which showcases our island's past.
