'What a fantastic place to stay. Convenient location from the train station And easy acces to snowmonkey parc. The food was amazing And the service level as well. They have an amazing bar on the roof. You sit with -15 in heated plastic iglo tents zipping from your drinks. The onsen Spa is big on the upperfloor overlooking Yudanaka And the mountains. The Room is huge. So wonderful stay And highly recommended.'

'We used this hotel as a couple. Rooms are fine; we stayed on 15th floor, and rooms on floor 13-14-15 seem to be bigger than the lower floors. We did not use the breakfast buffet, since there are plenty of breakfast places around, both local ones as international ones. Can recommend this hotel to others.'

'The hotel offers a great deal if you wnt to stay very central in the Shiga Kogen ski resort. The staff is very accomodating. Not everybody speaks fluent english, but the try their best… There is a free pool table, communal hot bath (men and women seperate) and ski locker for the use of the guests. Free toiletries can be collected from reception. The rooms are not cleaned (we stayed there for six nights), only upon request. When we entered the room, it was well cleaned though. The 4p-room was...
