« Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. When it says "sleeper sofa" it's not actually a bed. The couch folds out into basically a thick mat on the floor. Breakfast was good. Staff was super nice. Love the firepit. »

« No intercom to communicate with reception ! The room given was a smoke room. I am not a smoker. I couldn’t sleep during most of the night with that heavy stinking smell to cigarette and smoke. All my clothes caught that smell. »

« My stay was one of the worst and I travel and stay in motels frequently. There were numerous holes in walls, there was sauce or something above the bed on the ceiling that dropped on me at one point. Dirt on walls, the shower made me wish i had shower shoes with me.I was so irritated with it I asked if I could be refunded and was told NO do to purchase on Expedia and not direct. « This hotel is stunning. I rented the room for my daughter's prom night so she was in walking distance to her venue. I ended up booking a second room while staying here. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful. The rooms are spotless, bathrooms are great, beds are comfortable. »

« This was the cleanest property I have stayed in, in a long time. I always travel travel with cleaning products and disinfectant. I did not feel that I had to clean very much. I didn’t even see dust in the windows. The staff that I encountered were all nice. We didn’t eat at the property, but were glad the option to do so was there. The location is great. « It is right in the middle of downtown. There are plenty of things to do! The room stayed cool when we used ac and it stayed warm at night when we used the heat. The staff there are absolutely amazing! Especially Jordan! »
