'It was very clean and well kept, all the staff were very nice and informative. Answered our questions and were helpful with local restaurants. Room was clean and had a nice coffee set up! Overall very enjoyable, would definitely stay again.'

'Yes my wife and I stayed on July 10th 2026 I had a procedure that day in regards to surgery so we decided to stay and we had several issues such as no tv working and I called the desk and she mentioned to me that to change the hdmi input on the tv and that didn’t help we was never asked to accommodate to a different room and the ac unit kept turning off every couple of minutes and we had to get up several times during the night to be able to turn the ac back on it got really hot in the room we...

'Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Cleveland, TN was a good overall experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our visit enjoyable. The hotel was clean, but it is beginning to show its age and could benefit from some updates and renovations. The complimentary breakfast was adequate, though the selection was somewhat limited—especially for those needing gluten-free options. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars.'

'Good hotel, close to restaurants and the interstate.'

'The first I checked into had not been cleaned with dirt towels in the floor and the bed was not made up. The second room had musky smell and the key card had to reprogram twice so I could get back into my room. I will not being staying there again. I checked out after one and got changed for the whole reservation.'

'Kim at Front Desk was extremely helpful to us. She provided a shower chair for my wife's use in our room's bathroom. Additionally she gave us a 1 page list of all the restaurants nearby to the hotel and gave us a recommendation (Aubreys) of an excellent nearby restaurant which we visited. All in all a very enjoyable visit to Cleveland Tennessee.'
