« Enjoyed the property. Perfect for a large family with lots of kids. Swimming pool was fun and the amount of land gave them plenty of room to run around while at the house. Younger kids loved the game / movie room and the older kids loved the pool table room. The views were great from the house. It is located at the top of a hill. Location for Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were perfect too. We will do it again for sure !!A few items to note. No curtains on the windows within the bedrooms upstairs...

« This property is wonderful. It is very clean and the view of Kentucky Lake is beautiful! We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch and watching the water traffic. We even saw a barge go by and the eagles flew right in front of the cottage. The hosts are very nice and even had a loaf of homemade bread waiting on us. I can’t say enough good things about this rental. I would highly recommend that you stay here!!! »

« The house was clean and comfortable. Perfect access to Marina and was a huge plus being able to park trailer in the driveway. The host was nice as could be and said hi at the marina later in the evening. Will be back again!! »

« This home was in a wonderful, quiet location that gave easy access to all of the activities and tranquility that the Tennessee offers. David was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The house itself was spacious, clean and in outstanding condition. We brought supplies with us on our trip and found an abundance of supplies in the home. Prepare for the worst and hope for the best and this place was the finest stay we've had on our vacations. 100% would stay here again, thank you...

« We stayed here for a sports tournament nearby. Communication and checkin was excellent. There was a reserved area to park and the house was very clean and appears to be recently updated. Perfect for our stay! »
