Positief: Netheid, personeel en service en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
This hotel was great for being close to Broadway, but not too close. There are some people hanging around on the street in this area, so be aware.. There is a convenience store (not a great one) across the street which is useful, but again, lots of people hanging out there.
The lock to our door was broken when we checked in and we called the front desk and it was fixed immediately.
The hotel is not flashy at all, but it is really nice for people who are not looking to spend a lot of time hanging out at the hotel, or relying for the hotel for entertainment. It seems like a business hotel.
I really have no complaints except for one. It is so stupid and such a money grab for the $35 fee to check in early. The room is either ready or it is not. Our room was ready, but we had to pay the fee to go into the room. I can understand if it's NOT ready and someone has to rush to go and clean it so you can get in. But if it's ready, there is no reason to charge $35 for you to go in. It is the lamest, greediest policy. The hotel already charges plenty to stay there. It just leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
Otherwise, I recommend.
