Villa's in Nashville

'Very well put together space with plenty of room, comfortable bedding, great walk-in shower and well appointed kitchen. Host is very responsive to any needs or concerns. This one is located on the backside so can be confusing if you do not know that and you're coming in at night. Plenty of parking space.There is no winery experience as part of this VRBO but the website requires you to rate it and I did not want to take away from a great rating for the property.'

The gated community definitely added a sense of safety and peace, which I really appreciated.That said, the home could use a bit of TLC. The walls are noticeably dirty and could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Also, while the rooms were roomy, the king-size beds were unfortunately quite uncomfortable. 'The house itself was great! The issue is the area the house is in. We had issues during our stay & the property management was quick to respond, however, no real resolution came about other than them “letting management know”. A delivery person used the code & came in on us during our stay. They stated the owner told them it was fine. I contacted the VRBO host & the only resolution I got was that they would look into it. This is a break in our privacy. Our final night, we came home to a party...

'This was an amazing place. We had 12 members of my family in town for my daughter's graduation. There was plenty of space. The rooftop is a great touch, though some of the furniture was a bit wobbly. The management was beyond responsive. There had been a rainstorm, and I needed some additional cleaning done at the entrance and the rooftop. The cleaners showed up promptly and did a great job. The management accommodated all our needs.
