« Was a beautiful area. Beautiful skies and lakeview. House was very comfortable. Owner was very good and available when we called and needed anything. Great place. »

« Long weekend with long-time friends. The dock was perfect to enjoy and store the pontoon while we were there. The home is beautiful, beds are comfy, plenty of kitchen stuff for cooking. Lots of stairs to the water, but easy enough to navigte. Had a great time! »

« We had an amazing stay at this lake house! The house and property were as beautiful as the pictures suggest. We had a group of 10 and everyone slept comfortably. There was also plenty of extra bedding and bath towels to use, which was really helpful with a group our size. The property is located in a great area of the lake — there was not any heavy boat traffic, so it was perfect for playing in the lake and fishing. « We rented this house to be close to the lake for the guys in the family. We were able to park a boat trailer and have plenty of parking for other cars. The kids enjoyed the bunk room and game room. The water is lowered in the winter months and we would love to stay again in the summer when the water is up and use the paddle board and kayaks! Home was nice and clean. »

« Beautiful location and well appointed accommodations! The pictures don’t do this property justice. Only issue was the inability to adjust the AC to a more comfortable level. »

« We, family of 6 w 4 adult children and our small dogs spent a week here while at a family reunion. Nice at the house it had everything you’d need in the kitchen n baths including float to relax in the lake. And what a view. The challenge is getting here. The last 5 miles or so takes about 20 mins of hairpin turns up and down the tn hills. Use your gps overall we had a blast »

« Check in was a breeze. The fact that you can have a boat delivered to the property floored me. It was hassle free. Our mini vacation before school starting back was amazing, and I attribute it to the location of the house, the amenities provided with the house, and the fact that we could enjoy the lake. The hot tub was so enjoyable. We had two wonderful days on the lake and would definitely stay at 106 Summer Breeze again. »

« Perfectly located with plenty of room for our group of 9, 4 adults and 5 kids ranging from 3 months to 12 years old. Driveway provided ample room for our boat trailer and vehicles. Highly recommended and would stay here again! »

« This was a pleasant stay. The house was clean and the property was in a nice quiet location. Grocery stores within 20 minutes, and the house was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and plenty of towels. Reasonable distance to the Knoxville Zoo, which we visited. There wasn't a ton of action on the water by the dock, which was nice. We stayed with our family. Six adults, and five kids, 6 years and under. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms. « This property was PERFECT! We have stayed at many properties across the lake and this was our favorite. No Steps! Quiet cove! Clean!! Local pizza delivery and a grocery within 10 minutes! Perfect property! »
