« This condo was fantastic! Being from Texas we don’t get a chance to see these views or the wildlife! Bears, bears and bears! It was never scary except for one time! He didn’t bother us at all! If you get the chance please book this condo! In the Summit and facing the mountains! We were in the clouds a couple days! Beautiful! Everything you need wrapped up in a three bedroom condo!! « Only good things to say about this rental! Great location within walking distance of restaurants, attractions, and shops! Well decorated, very comfortable and clean, and spacious for our family of four. Would definitely rent again if we go back to Gatlinburg! »

« My family and I enjoyed our stay so much! The condo is very large and roomy, it was clean and had EVERYTHING you would need! The creek out on the back balcony was a favorite because you could hear it when the patio door was open and it was so relaxing 😌 We hope to stay there again next year! »

« Had a great time with my brother and sisters. The only issue was that on the photos the balcony looked bigger than it really is. I love mornings with nature but it wasn’t as comfortable on the balcony. The rest of the place is older but very cozy. »

« We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo had all the comforts of home and is decorated beautifully. The walking access to downtown Gatlinburg along with the Mountain View was perfect. Check-in and check-out were super easy and our host provided several great tips too! We hope to stay here again on a future trip to the Great Smoky Mountains! »

« If you're looking for a spot that's convenient to everything on the parkway, then this is it !! Unit 411 is beautiful, cozy and comfortable and just a short walk to Bennett's BBQ, Calhoun's, and Flapjack's Pancake House. Park once and start walking - no pricey parking lot fees to worry about. Additionally, the king-sized bed was perfect, as well as the comfy sofa in the Living Room. The condo owner is delightful and was very focused on making that we were taken care of. We'll definitely be back...

« Love the view. The apartment was outdated. I would recommend updating it. We didn’t feel comfortable with that part. It looked pretty clean but there was some debris that I had to wipe up. The property manager was great, she answered any questions I had. You could walk to down town but we didn’t. There was a parking lot down the road for $15. »

« The building is dated but the unit itself has some fairly recent updates. Good size for 2 people. Anything more than that and you’d be on top of each other. Could use some facial tissue and sugar for the coffee. The outdoor pool was under repair and unavailable for use during our stay. Being on the 1st level and right above the outdoor pool, you could hear the construction work in the unit. I’m sure once the work is done, the balcony would be a nice place to sit out and enjoy a cup of...

« I loved the fact that although it was walking distance from town, it was not on the main street, so getting in and out was no problem. We were also very happy with the homey atmosphere. As to dislike, there was really only one thing, and that was because I wasn't aware that they didn't supply toiletries, so we had to make a quick trip to the drug store for shampoo and soap for the shower. »

« The condo was perfect for what we wanted. My husband and I were looking for a place where we could walk and enjoy the strip. The condo was very nice and clean and we would certainly book there again! »

« We enjoyed a 4 night stay, townhome was as described plenty of plates & cups. We walked to downtown daily and enjoyed the hot tub as we watched the storms. Easy to get around and close to all we needed. We will definitely return! »

« We were very pleased with the communication with the owner. He made sure we were taking care of. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a great location in Gatlinburg. The condo could use a few things like bigger end tables in the bedroom. trust me for us there was no issues but I could see others hoping for a little more »

« The cabin was cute but the hot tub was a cold tub. Emailed the owner and didnt receive a timely response (1.5 days later and we stayed 3 night). I ended up spending some time to get it going, but unfortunate. We did have some encounters with rodents but its a cabin in the woods. Beautiful views and was cozy otherwise. »
