« If you are all about location, this is the place. You are far enough from the city for it to be quiet, but still close enough to everything without dealing with long, winding roads. The owner is easy to work with and very helpful. The place is nice, cozy, and was great for bringing our dog. It could use some repairs and interior updates, but overall it was a pleasant and reasonably priced stay. »

Black mold on the couch pull out mattress, screen doors off the track, closet door in master bedroom is missing, black gunk on the bathroom stopper in the master bathroom, outlet in master bedroom is detached from the wall, and it looks like someone tried glueing it back to the wall. Carpets were also dirty and stained. The place on the surface was clean, but not maintained. »

« PROS-The kitchen was stocked with everything needed, we didn't need it but the bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The apartment had 2 bathroom which for 4 people was nice. Bedding and apartment was clean. TV had cable and roko which was nice. CONS-Little money is used to keep the apartment up, the shower rod is rusted out, the deck needs cleaned possibly redone, there's an outdoor rug in the bedroom. Things that could be easily fixed to make the apartment better. I...

« Great view from the condo, located at the very top of a long winding road. Space was good for us, a couple with a 4 year old. For the price it was ok, a bit dated and a little beat up but it worked for us for the 2 nights we stayed. »

« Very clean and comfortable. Perfect amount of space for our family of 4. Kids slept great with comfortable beds and darkening curtains. The area was peaceful and quiet. Good restaurants within a few minutes drive. The drive up was curvy and a little precarious, but that’s to be expected with mountain roads. Would definitely recommend this condo for a stay in Gatlinburg. »

We read in the welcome letter that this was a place where people lived permanently and that families would be here.
